3.1 Placing an Order

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation email.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

• Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
